📦 Delivery, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

🚚 Delivery

All our eSIMs are delivered instantly via email right after purchase.
No physical shipping needed!


💸 Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund after activation only if:

  • There’s a genuine technical issue with the service or eSIM, and

  • No solution is provided within 24 hours after you contact us at support@esimpli.com and provide all required details, and

  • You open your refund request within 60 days of purchase. (Requests submitted after 60 days aren’t eligible.)


❌ Cancellations & Returns

Returns are only possible if the eSIM hasn’t been downloaded or activated.
We accept cancellations for:

  • Ineligible devices (eSIM not supported)

  • Change of mind

Operator-specific cancellation fees may apply.


🏦 Refund Charges

Approved refunds have a 5% processing deduction to cover non-recoverable payment-processing and platform costs.
This 5% is waived if the refund is due to our error, fraud/duplicate charge, or where prohibited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.


⏱ Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM.
We are not liable for:

  • Third-party costs

  • Missed opportunities

  • Any indirect losses due to service issues
